Aims and Objectives

Aim of 6PC is to establish an international network, primarily for gay and lesbian professionals.

The objectives are to facilitate and achieve:

1. Interaction between all members of the Network.
2. The exchange of information.
3. Assistance and cooperation in private and business matters.
4. Development of worldwide opportunities for 6PC members to their personal and professional benefit.
5. Benefit of scale in dealing with businesses and organisations which offer goods and services to the 6PC membership.
6. Support and promotion of issues and ideas relevant to the international gay community.
7. A liaison with other organisations concerned with the development of business and personal opportunities worldwide.
8. A liaison with organisations concerned with the social and legal situations of gays worldwide.

These objectives are formulated with a long term view. As the network grows, so will the chances of realising the opportunities it offers.

It is the firm intent of the 6PC Board to offer the Network's benefits as a free service.

The 6PC board will develop initiatives, working groups and platforms which will offer assistance, advice and encouragement in specific areas of interest, drawing on the experience and expertise of its members.

Although business opportunities may arise from the network, the 6PC network is non-commercial and will not engage in spam.

The individual members of the Network, can seek to expand their contacts for their professional and private benefit, while respecting the conditions of membership and the spam policy.
